Jesus Christ is The Rock of Ages. He is the firm foundation from the beginning  of all time that cannot be moved. 

 There are many religions and ideologies in the world today but there is only one way, one truth and one life; His name is Jesus Christ. In Him, you can find refuge from the wiles of life in this world. He is our hiding place, a present help in times of trouble, a shield and buckler, a fortress and strong tower. The Rock of Salvation is He. Christ The Solid Rock I stand all other ground is sinking sand. I dare not trust in nothing else!

Have you ever heard the phrase, "A mind is a terrible thing to waste"? ...Well it's true. God has given us an innate intelligence that no other creature on this earth has.

The way that we choose to think and believe has the power to change our entire lives. The mind is the initial driving force that shapes our personal world. It helps us to decide on what we like verses what we don't like. It determines what we will do verses what we won't do and it dictates how we feel. 
That is why we must make a conscious decision to have an healthy mind. 

For as he thinketh in his heart so is he.... Proverbs 23:7


  1. Carnal Mind - The mind governed by the flesh is hostile to God; it does not submit to God's law, nor can it do so (Romans 8:7). The human ego, human intellect and human will; the animal nature of man
  2. Renewed Mind - Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind.(Romans 12:1-2). Mental make-over; a renovation of  the mind. Replacing your old and imperfect way of thinking  with the infallible logic of God's truth. Renewing your mind starts by reading and meditating on the Word of God. 
  3. Wandering Mind - My mind is wandering, fear has overcome me...(Isaiah 21:4). Unfocused, uncontrolled, non-disciplined frame of mind.
  4. Focused Mind - You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you. (Isaiah 26:3). Determined and goal oriented. Able to finish what you've started.

Words Of Inspiration


Christian woman of the Kingdom are you at a standstill in life? Have you allowed something that has happened to you years ago mentally paralyzed you from walking into your inheritance? Has something happened in a moment that stole your entire life…? Years of your life have been restricted because of some other human being who got in the flight line of what you were trying to do for the kingdom. You being stuck at a standstill is not hindering the inflictor at all. They have moved on and you are missing out on your inheritance. Are you in a stumbling place making excuses for why you’re not prospering saying; ‘I’m fixing too,” “I’m better than I was,” “I’m working on me,” “Leave me alone, I’m not there yet,” “There’s a reason I’m hurting like this,” “I don’t trust anybody,” “I don’t love anybody,” “I don’t open up to anybody,” “I’m stuck leave me alone,” “I’m this way because someone did this to me?”Who is worth you giving your life to? Who is worth you being stuck, stumbling and staring all your life because of what another human being did to you? Who is worth giving your inheritance to? You could have changed the world, you could have built a house, you could have started a new career, you could have written a book, you could have started a business, you could have made a difference, but you’ve been stumbling. The good news is it’s not too late to get what God has for you. Let go of all infirmities that will keep you in bondage from serving God and get your blessings in this new dimension. “Get Your Inheritance!”

Philippians 4:6-7 (NLT)

Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God's peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.




  Stress- a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances.some synonyms for stress are: nervousness, worry, anxiety, anxious, tension, trouble, difficulty

There are many situations in life that can bring about stress such as having too much on your agenda, not having enough time to complete or even start what you need to do, money, family, work, etc. But stress is an enemy of our peace and we  must delete it from our lives. 

Psalm 55:22

Give your burdens to the LORD, and he will take care of you. He will not permit the godly to slip and fall.

How to get rid of stress:
  1. Pray
  2. Leave your concerns in God's hands
  3. Take time out to rest and meditate on scriptures and other positive things that relates to your situations
  4. Sing praises to the Lord
  5. Exercise your faith and exercise your body
  6. Get wise council

Isaiah 53:5...the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

Characteristics Of A Godly Mother


Psalm 127:3Children are a gift from the Lord; they are a reward from Him.



Motherhood is truly a blessing from the Lord. Just to think that God chose womanhood to be the vessels that He uses to bring forth life. He has given us the ability to conceive, carry, deliver and to raise our children, and He entrusts us to bring them up in the ways of The Lord. 


Do you know that we are to be good stewards over our children? Oftentimes we only think of time and money when it comes to stewardship but a child, no matter the age is in need of the love and care of their mother. Teach them who and whose they are. Present them to The Lord at an early age, and let them know that they are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation and God's special possession (1 Peter 2:9). Even when they become adults we should still always pray for them and give them wise council when it's needed. Direct your children onto the right path, and when they are older, they will not leave it (Proverbs 22:6).
