Our Redeemer Lives
In the midst of all that's happening around us in the world today; we must remember that our Redeemer lives. Let us hold fast, knowing that He will not leave nor forsake us (Deut 31:6). He is our present help in the times of trouble (Ps 46:1). When the enemy comes in like a flood, The Lord will lift up a standard against him (Isaiah 59:19). No weapon form against us will prosper (Is 54:17). He is our peace and our safety is in Him (Ps 91).Therefore, we have not the spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Tim 1:7).

Pray Through, to Breakthrough
- Breakthrough (Merriam Webster definition):
- 1. an offensive thrust that penetrates and carries beyond a defensive line in warfare
- 2. an act or instance of breaking through an obstacle.
- There's so much going on in the lives of many women. We have families, businesses, and employment, chores, errands, bills, along with so many other issues of life. Despite of the smorgasbord of things going on around us, we must pray. Pray through the background noise of children playing in the next room. Pray through anxiety of house hold bills, and deadlines on the job. Pray through the to-do-list that's trying to scroll through your mind while praying. Pray through all distractions. Pray through, until you breakthrough. You will know when you've had a breakthrough in prayer because your whole countenance would be changed. The frustration, anxiety, and pressure will be gone because you've laid it all on the altar. You've given all the issues in your life to the Master; then in return He gives you a Breakthrough.
Ephesians 6:18 - Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

The weekend is finally here!
After a week of many activities such as work, meetings, services and daily needs at home; it is time for a break. Now, I am not saying to stop all activities, and do absolutely nothing. The "break" I am referring to is about unwinding from the stress, hustle and bustle of the week. Take some much needed time out to pray, read, and meditate on the Lord. You will find that it will bring a refreshing upon you that will prepare you for all things to come in the following week. He is our "Resting Place" ladies. In Him you will find restoration, joy, and peace.![]() |
Matthew 11:28-30(AMP)“Come to Me, all who are weary and heavily burdened [by religious rituals that provide no peace], and I will give you rest [refreshing your souls with salvation].Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me[following Me as My disciple], for I am gentle and humble in heart, andyou will find rest (renewal, blessed quiet) for your souls. For My yoke is easy [to bear] and My burden is light.” |

Arise and Shine!
Arise, shine for thy light has come and the glory of the Lord is risen upon you (Isaiah 60:1). Get up, and illuminate with the presence of God! Through your conduct, let others see that you are a different kind of woman. You are a Woman of the Most High.
