Scripture For Today

Matthew 7:21-27
21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’

Build on the Rock

24 “Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: 25 and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock.
26 “But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand: 27 and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall.”

Faith is an action word and without faith it is impossible to please God (Heb 11:6). In this passage the house represents a person and the foundation, be it the rock or the sand, represents the persons faith. When the rain, floods and winds came upon the house that was built on sand it crumbled into pieces but when the rain, floods
and winds came upon the house that was built on a rock it stood strong and was not moved at all.
Faith comes by hearing the Word of God (Romans 10:17). We must build our faith by getting to  know The Lord through prayer, studying the Holy Bible, and trusting that He is who He says He is and will do what He said He'll do.
Jesus Christ is the Solid Rock! If you place your trust in Him you cannot and will not fail. Although there are many doctrines and religions to follow in this world, I encourage you to holdfast to the one and only true living God. The One who was, who is and is to come ( Rev 1:4). The One who is the same yesterday, today and forevermore (Heb 13:8). Give Him all of your trust because He will not let you down. So when the storms of life puts your faith to the test through trials and tribulations be sure to have your feet planted
firmly on The Rock!

Scripture For Today

Matthew 7:7-11

Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.
For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. Or what man is there among you who, when his son asks for a loaf, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, he will not give him a snake, will he? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give what is good to those who ask Him!

Scripture For Today

Psalm 1:1-3

1Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, 2but whose delight is in the law of the Lordand who meditates on his law day and night. 3That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither— whatever they do prospers.

Scripture For Today

As America celebrates Earth Day today let us be reminded of who created it.

Psalm 24:1-2
The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. For He founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.

Words of Inspiration

Women On A Mission

As women on a mission, I encourage you to be empowered by the Holy Spirit to venture out into the deep of God's anointing to fulfill the mission God has assigned to you. Don't be distracted by the times or the culture we live in. Move in power and dominion in every area of your life. God will use you to invade this society with miracles and supernatural manifestations of His Glory.

We must go about the lands walking in total faith spreading the gospel, bringing the message of hope and healing by ministering to the complexities of physical, psychological and social issues. Transforming and restoring lives to personal wholeness, interpersonal competence, mental stability and spiritual maturity. Modeling the love of Christ to His people, honoring our extraordinary God in all we do.

John 12:26
If anyone serve me, let him follow me, and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me , him will my Father honor. [KJV]

Romans 12:1-2
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Living Life Abundantly

...I am come that they may have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. (John 10:10)

Dear sister in Christ, I pray that these words will bring enlightenment and enrich you in a special way.

Our daily lives are so often filled with so many things to do without having much time to do them in. Between going to work, being a wife, being a mother, working in ministry, grocery shopping, going to school, and the list goes on... our lives become consumed with more quantity than quality. It is very easy to become burned out and frustrated with life when it seems as if you are doing everything except for the things you'd rather be doing. Therefore, a lack of patience, motivation, joy and time ends up being the result.
However, we know that in Christ there is no lack but there is great abundance. His purpose is to give us a rich and satisfying life (John 10:10), and with long life He will satisfy us (Psalm 91:16).

Are you satisfied with your life? Have you been able to enjoy the desires of your heart be it through traveling, shopping, fishing, etc? If you have not been experiencing the abundant life; a life of purpose, fulfillment and joy it is time to re-evaluate and possibly even rearrange some things so that you can.

Be sure that out of all you have going on that there is a balance and pray for wisdom on how to manage your time. Our number one priority is to do the will of God, keeping Him first, then family, then ministry and don't I repeat don't forget to take time out for You.

Abundant Life Is Here. Let's Live In It!
