Worshipping Warrior Women, by: Dr. Aileen Webb

The act of worship or being a worshipper of the LORD encapsulates more than our giving, more than our singing, and more than our dancing. All of these are forms of worship.  However, as Worshipping Warrior Women, true worship is a matter of the HEART.  It is a submission and commitment that is unsurpassed by our desire for anything else in existence.Worship is to honor God with extravagant love and submission, this is true worship. (Psalm 96:9)True and unadulterated worship is manifested by an unquenchable thirst and an insatiable hunger for the more of God. As a Worshipping Warrior Woman our entire being is willingly turned over to God as His love slave.

The word used for “worship” is from the old English word “weorþscipe” with the root of it being “worthiness” or “worth-ship” or “worth – to give” or in its simplest form, “worth something” and God is more than worthy to be worshiped. (Bible Dictionary)

Worshipping Warrior Women pursue relationship with the triune God Head; (God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost.) We have no problem understanding that the three are really one nature. We have no qualms about God being three personalities in one.  The reason for this stems from Worshipping Warrior Women’s multifaceted origins.

We were created as multifaceted beings. We, as Worshipping Warrior Women, are strong, loving, kind and wise.  We are extremely versatile.  We are strong enough to conceive and bear children.  We are gentle, loving and kind enough to nurture and educate our children, wise and prudent enough to build up our own households with our own hands along with our Worshipping Warrior Man of God. (Proverbs 31: 10-31)We male and female, man and woman were created in the image of our God. Again we have an unquenchable thirst and insatiable hunger for the unadulterated word of God to dwell richly in us.

The word “God” is not the name of a personality. It is the name of a nature. There is one divine nature, but three distinct personalities. (Christian Courier)
God the Father is the head of Deity; God the Son is the one who reveals Deity, God the Holy Spirit carries out the work of Deity. (Blue Letter Bible) Worshipping Warrior Women and Worshipping Warrior Men possess all of these facets of the Godhead.  (Matthew 3:16-17; 28:19)

We pant after Him as the dear pants after the water brook. (Psalm 42:1) Understanding that in this analogy that the deer is depicted in desperation as it is frantically trying to escape a predator or enemy.  Its life and survival are wrapped up in its ability to get in the vain of the breath of the water brook, which will cause its scent to be eradicated and completely engulfed in the fresh aroma of the water. Once the deer’s scent becomes engulfed in the fresh scent of the water brook the enemy or predator pursing after the deer can no longer detect or discern it. So it is in the SPIRIT with us.  We have to become totally consumed and enamored by the sweet, sweet spirit of the LORD.In doing so our enemy Satan cannot detect us. As long as we are caught up in the vain of the spirit of worship we are untraceable and undetectable by our enemy the devil.  Worshipping Warrior Women can we perpetually walk in the SPIRIT of worship?  The answer to this question really depends on the relationship which we’ve established with the LORD.

If we have become intimate with Him in the SPIRIT where we’ve totally surrendered in obedience until His will has become our will we can  pursue Him and capture Him. We do so until nothing else really matters. While we are carrying on our daily life activities the overarching and pre-imminent concern and underlying thought process should ever be that of the LORD and pleasing Him with everything that we do, with every breath that we take.  In order to please Him we must be obedient to his word.  God’s word helps us understand who He is and His total unconditional love for us.  He first loving us propels us to love Him.
Being obedient to the LORD with total submission doesn’t happen by chance. This will only occur with hot pursuit. We must become perpetual students of God’s word until the logos becomes rhema. Rhema refers to the “spoken word”.Worshipping Warrior Women speak the word only. They speak what they hear in their ear from the Godhead with great power, authority and might!

Supernatural Women

There is a remnant of women who are seeking the face of God. Against all odds in this secular society, they are holding fast to His promises. These are women who operate in the supernatural. They are led by Divinity instead of being driven by their flesh.
A supernatural woman walks by faith and not by sight (2 Cor 5:7). She calls the impossible, possible because she believes in the omnipotent (having unlimited power; able to do anything) God. Instead of getting revenge she prays for those who oppose her. She knows that vengeance is the Lords (Romans 12:19) and that He will make her enemies her footstool (Heb 1:13). She does not get shaken by sickness, lack or any other care that comes in this world. She knows that her God shall supply every need according to His riches in Glory (Phil 4:19). The supernatural woman is a giver. She gives when she is abounding with much and she also gives in the midst of waiting for her harvest. She is a good steward over all that is entrusted to her; including time.

Godly character gives her power with God and a good report / favor with people.  She believes in holiness, and it shows up in her lifestyle.  Her wardrobe is stylish and appropriate for a lady of her stature. If and when she falls short of the glory of God; she quickly repents and moves forward. Supernatural women honor authorities including her husband. She manages the household well, and teaches the children how to reverence the Lord.  She leads by example and is always seeking to please God.
…Father, help us to be supernatural.

Our Redeemer Lives

In the midst of all that's happening around us in the world today; we must remember that our Redeemer lives. Let us hold fast, knowing that He will not leave nor forsake us (Deut 31:6). He is our present help in the times of trouble (Ps 46:1). When the enemy comes in like a flood, The Lord will lift up a standard against him (Isaiah 59:19). No weapon form against us will prosper (Is 54:17). He is our peace and our safety is in Him (Ps 91).Therefore, we have not the spirit of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Tim 1:7).

Pray Through, to Breakthrough

  1. Breakthrough (Merriam Webster definition):
  2. 1. an offensive thrust that penetrates and carries beyond a defensive line in warfare
  3. 2. an act or instance of breaking through an obstacle.
  4. There's so much going on in the lives of many women. We have families, businesses, and employment, chores, errands, bills, along with so many other issues of life. Despite of the smorgasbord of things going on around us, we must pray. Pray through the background noise of children playing in the next room. Pray through anxiety of house hold bills, and deadlines on the job. Pray through the to-do-list that's trying to scroll through your mind while praying. Pray through all distractions. Pray through, until you breakthrough. You will know when you've had a breakthrough in prayer because your whole countenance would be changed. The frustration, anxiety, and pressure will be gone because you've laid it all on the altar. You've given all the issues in your life to the Master; then in return He gives you a Breakthrough.

  5. Ephesians 6:18 - Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

The weekend is finally here!

After a week of many activities such as work, meetings, services and daily needs at home; it is time for a break. Now, I am not saying to stop all activities, and do absolutely nothing. The "break" I am referring to is about unwinding from the stress, hustle and bustle of the week. Take some much needed time out to pray, read, and meditate on the Lord. You will find that it will bring a refreshing upon you that will prepare you for all things to come in the following week. He is our "Resting Place" ladies. In Him you will find restoration, joy, and peace.

Matthew 11:28-30(AMP)

“Come to Me, all who are weary and heavily burdened [by religious rituals that provide no peace], and I will give you rest [refreshing your souls with salvation].Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me[following Me as My disciple], for I am gentle and humble in heart, andyou will find rest (renewal, blessed quiet) for your soulsFor My yoke is easy [to bear] and My burden is light.”
